Our Vision
At Divine, we're a teaching ministry creating a community of oneness using our F.A.I.T.H. Faith defined is believing God void of our senses. We are using our F.A.I.T.H as a pillar to impact the world in the areas of Fellowship, Anointing, Increase, Training, and Helps. We believe that these five rocks in our foundation are the groundwork to release God's best in us, through us, and for us!
What We Believe: A Summary
God the Father is the first cause for all things
Jesus Christ is 100% human and divine in origin
The Holy Spirit is a divine person
The Holy Bible is the infallible and inspired Word of God
Man cannot save himself. Deliverance from hell is provided through Jesus Christ for all Mankind
All believers can be filled with Holy Spirit
The gifts of the Spirit are essential for effective ministry
The Church is an institution God uses to equip and perfect the Saints
There will be a bodily resurrection of the just and unjust
We believe in the visible forthcoming return of Jesus Christ
We believe in water baptism and observance of the Lord's Supper
The Ministry Team
Pastor Christopher L. Boney Sr is the organizer and Senior Pastor/Teacher of The Divine Church. He has been preaching and teaching the Word of God for over two decades. His passion is to inform the lost that Jesus is Lord. Pastor Chris is the founder of (M.A.D.E) Men Always Demonstrating Excellence and teacher of an in-house gathering entitled, "The Male Experience." His focus has always been about "Building Strong Families In Christ".
Executive Pastor Tabitha Boney is the wife of Pastor Chris and she is an educator with a strong passion for teaching the Word of God. She is the founder of (W.O.W) Women Obeying The Word. Women from near and far travel to receive an impartation that exceeds their expectations. Chris and Tabitha are the proud parents of four sons: Chris Jr, Darell, Jeremiah and Andrew.
Derrick and Deanna are part of the Divine Church ministry team. They work closely with Pastor Chris as accomplished teachers and preachers of the Word of God.
